I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (London, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
I submitted the cv and had an initial screening with the HR for 30 min. I was invited to an interview via a platform which was great: there were different slots and options. Had one round of an interview with a hiring manager and within a week had a second one with another manager. No call after that for couple of weeks. I followed it up with HR that replied that they are still in the recruiting process and that they will reach out to me once they make a final decision. The job add was reposted and did not hear back from HR for two more weeks. When I followed it up for the last time, there was no reply, just radio silence. I have heard this happening in different companies, but thought Marsh will have some respect to candates that have gone through 2 rounds of interviews, lost their time in reading about the company and in preparing about the interview and at least will have one minute to send a rejection email. Really ugly!
