Interview
Very straightforward, the managers were very clear on what the job required of myself. They asked if i was in school and if im good at following directions. They also asked me to take a test on company policy and if i was interested in summer/winter work because those kind of seasons get very busy.
The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

What experience do you have in retail?
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
