There are two interviews, one to see if you're a reasonable person and then the second to pry deeper into your employment history and problem solving skills. It helps to bring a resume, because it shows that you made an effort and are taking the job seriously.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
