Interview
There were two interviews total. I met with the store manager, the regional manager and the assistant manager . Each interview lasted for about an hour and a half. The store manager was extremely nice. The regional manager was as well. The process went very smoothly and I received an offer during the 2nd interview. Training with set up at that time.

How would you convince someone to apply for the Max Rewards card?
One interview with general manager. The manager asked about experience and behavioral questions. Very chill and relaxed environment. I actually got the call back same day that I got the job.
It was good. It was fairly enjoyable. I wasnt intimidated or nervous. Over all really easy going and nice. I really liked the manager tho. She was very kind and morw than an interview it felt like a good conversation where they were just trying to get to know me And understand my personality

Polite and kind a little unorganized Intreview in cluttered office constant interruptions
Straight to the point and basic general questions that weren’t that intimidating the intreview couldn’t have lasted more than 15 minutes I was actually had to start the intreview over because the one that I originally worked with had to leave in the middle of the process
