Required to answer a few questions, as well as having to watch a couple of videos based on the company's etiquette. You meet with a the two specialist managers, then continue to interview with the general manager, all being asked the same questions, just in more depth each time.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
