My interview process was long. It was a group interview which took about 15-25mins. If they liked you then you would come back for a formal interview with the store manager/director. (Took them about 1-2 weeks to call and set up another interview)

describe a time when you had a conflict and how did you deal with it?
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
