I personally like working at Marshall’s. I worked at Costco prior and that was the worst job I have had in my life. Marshalls I am not micromanaged and am left to do my job. The customers also don’t feel the need to try to physically attack employees like Costco members

Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
