Staff talk with you in a non-threatening setting. How you interact with clients before, during and after the interview are observed. Staff are looking for professionalism, a compassion for participants and a commitment to doing an excellent job. Skills and talents are noted, but working as a team is valued even more. You usually have an initial interview. Staff are called back for a second interview if they are possible candidates. Everything goes through human resources so there is some delay in processing. Do not give up if you do not receive a call right away.
