Phone interview from a recruiter followed by an in-person interview from center management. The process did take a little back longer. I was interviewed by both the center manager and their assistant at the time.

Was easy, mostly just talked about previous experiences, also had a referral so it helped.
Was interviewed by the manager after a phone call, at the office had a tour of the call center.
