I have interviewed for 2 positions for this company and they take long to get back to candidates because they use a bunch of vendors for contracting positions. That shows how slow they are to make an informed decision. My job experience matched 100% to the position they interviewed me for and they show keen interest in your profile in fact even tell you they were impressed with you a lot. And then suddenly without any feedback they will choose another candidate. Their people operations team is a mix of highly experienced people and some that have joined the company in past couple years. I am sure they are afraid of hiring better caliber candidates so they reject them due to job insecurity.
