Interviewed with a Senior PM. Fairly straightforward interview with questions regarding history with construction management of cell sites, job history, and Mastec's company values. There was no follow up interview, and I was not accepted for the position.

Question 1
Name a project that had a sudden and unavoidable delay and how did you handle it?
Phone call and they asked questions such as difficulties I’ve faced and how I’d overcome them. They also asked me to tell them about myself. Basically to make sure I’m fit for the job.

Had 4 interviews; 2 virtual, 2 in person with 4 different higher level employees. All were able to give a positive description on the company overall, but there seemed to be a lot of grey area around what the actual job entailed
