HR call went well after a week or so from applying. Next was the hiring Mgr. video call, (a few weeks after my HR call). Then four plus months later TEAMS team call with VP for demo. I had to follow up with HR & hiring manager each week & month if I was moving to the next step. Horrible & disrespectful.
The interview process for the Project Manager position in Implementation Services is a two phased approach.
Phone Interview
Project presentation to the following management team members
o Vice President , Global Professional Education Services
o Senior Director, Global Implementation Project Management
o Senior Manager, Field Services

Question 1
A sample project has been provided and each potential candidate needs to prepare a master project scope and a project plan. Additionally each candidate should be prepared to answer questions regarding the methodology used to create the project documentation.

Interview
First was a brief prescreen phone interview with internal recruiter. Provided some additional information about the position. Asked some questions surrounding general experience and willingness and interest to work within the environment described and work conditions.
Followed by 1 hour phone interview with position manager. Asked to describe some situation experiences and familiarity with certain types of projects.
Both interview with phone calls, both were very friendly and conversational, pleasant expereince.
Final interview was panel interview (audio/video) beginning with a mock project kickoff presentation followed by general interview QA. All interviewers were friendly and relatable. Wanted to explore whether as a candidate I understood the work environment and had the experience to navigate nuances as a project manager.
