I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Applied for the position received and call a couple weeks later and a lady called and asked me 2 behavior star questions and went over the job description and my resume took about 10 mins. Then I received an email for a virtual job tryout. Then scheduled a onsite interview. The on-site interview was a hour long with 2 people. Basically introduced the company and explained the benefits. I was asked a few behavioral star questions and went over my resume and why I want to work there and what I could gain from the company and what I could bring to the company. I was told they had one more interview and it would be between me and the other person. I was offered the job the next day. I accepted it. I start I’m a couple of weeks. Easy interview process.

Question 1
What do you hope to gain from MassMutual and what can you provide/be an asset to the company?
I applied online. I interviewed at MassMutual (Springfield, MA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online on 2/2/21. I submitted my resume and answered basic questions about myself. Almost immediately afterward, I received an email and text message asking me to do a virtual video interview.
The text and email informed me that I had a 48-hour window to complete the virtual video interview.
I completed the virtual interview the next day 2/3/21 and it was quite simple and consisted of three questions. I had about two to three minutes to record a response to each question. However, there were unlimited opportunities to erase and re-record a response, if you didn't feel like your response was sufficient or needed modification.
***** I haven't received an offer just yet, as I've just completed the video interview minutes ago.*****

Question 1
1. Based off of your research, what interests you in MassMutual as a company and why have you decided to apply.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual (Goodyear, AZ) in Sept 2020
Interview
Applied online, received an email one week later to schedule a phone interview with recruiter. Waited on the phone interview but they never called so I emailed the recruiter 10 minutes in that I had scheduled the interview and it wasn’t clear if I needed to call or if they were going to call me. Since I provided my phone number, the recruiter called within 5 minutes that my information didn’t display within the interview time slot. I was asked questions about my resume and my experience and I was told what the job would entail. It all sounded great and went smoothly that I was invited to apply for a virtual job tryout after our phone call. I was told to send a text to the recruiter after I finished the virtual job tryout because interview slots with the hiring managers filled quickly. It took about 1.5hrs to complete and I sent text and never heard back. A few days later I sent an email letting the recruiter know that I had completed the virtual job tryout and no response. One week after my initial phone call, I received an email that they decided to select another candidate for this position. The position sounded great but the recruiter seemed jumbled and required a lot of follow through.
