I went through six separate calls or video calls in addition to a design challenge. This process spanned two months. I had to follow up with HR on more than one occasion to learn next steps or get an update. At the end of the long interview process I never heard from MassMutual. They did not contact me to let me know that I did not get the job. After investing so much time into the interview process it was disappointing to be left without an answer.
