I interviewed at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority
Interview
It was the standard HR questioning, "describe a situation where you had to deal with an angry customer etc." Beforehand you are taken out to the parking lot to go over some basic procedures like loading a wheelchair and you are also asked to walk around the bus carrying a cone and various other things. I'm guessing this is done to see if you have basic mental and physical capabilities.

Question 1
Standard HR questions, _
- What is your strong point/weak point
- Describe a bad situation and how you handled it (paraphrasing)
- Why are you a good fit for this role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (Charlestown, MA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The process was different but wasn't bad. You are asked 6 questions in the interview and then have to do a Workplace Assessment. The Assessment is pretty much all the things that you would have to do everyday as a Bus Operator.
