I am on the 5th round of interviews currently. While the process has been slow, the interviews themselves have been pretty straightforward:
1. speak on phone with recruiter
2. round 1 interview with around 3 employees
3. analytic exercise
4. round 2 interview with 2 higher up employees
5. list of references

They asked about the current datasets / types that I worked with.

Interview
had an initial phone screening with a senior manager followed by a panel interview. They were pretty satisfied with my answers (they were vocal about it) but got rejected. The next round would have been an analysis exercise followed by a final round with the director.
