I applied on indeed and within a week they called to set up an interview. The interview was very relaxed, she asked me a few questions and we just talked for a few. Within 15 mins we were done. That night they called and I got the job, start orientation in 2 days.

Applied online, got call same day, had a quick phone interview, interviewed a few days later, got hired on the spot. Know how to answer phones and work in a fast paced environment.

Interview
Basic questions that included tour of facility. Emphasis on selling memberships to the point where it sounded like somewhat of a scam. It was as if that was the sole source of how they get the money from customers. If you're able to sell a membership you get an additional $1 or so added to your pay.
