I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Even with a resume, applicants have to fill out a longish form. Including experience and contacts, etc.
Once called in for an interview, it's somewhat quick.
I had to give two 50 minute massages to two people at two locations. One was an hour in traffic, and I was NOT applying to that location, it was convenience for the second recipient.
The ME paperwork has questions like, "our motto is.... What does that mean to you?"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Massage Envy
Interview
There is not much to their interview process. They screen you via a phone call the you interview in person. After the interview person interview you do a practical and receive an offer.
Pretty good. Friendly. I had several questions and they were answered honestly. The office manager was nice. The clinical manager was friendly. There was a phone a phone call interview. Then there was an in person interview scheduled. Then there are 2 or 3 massages I had to give (on manager & other staff). All in all- ok.
It was a fast interview process and training was straight forward easy to understand. Pay wasn’t very competitive. The interviewer was nice. Other than that I had no issue with the process and I found it was easy and straightforward.
