I saw a listing on craigslist for a franchise location. I called her, sent my resume via email, and she made an appointment with me that night. I was asked basic interview questions, and performed a practical. I was hired on the spot, and started a week or two after that.

The owner lied from the very beginning. She talked the whole time and didn’t care about getting to know me. I thought it was a simple interview but now I Realize how self-centered and selfish she was.

Applied online and was called same day. Went to interview with owner and then had phone interview with manager. Hired within a week. Was hired for new location in Addison, Tx. Waited 2 weeks for orientation and training.
