Interview
I had an initial interview with a panel of five interview committee members. The members asked insightful and good questions, however I never received appropriate and respectful update if I had been chosed for second interview. Simply blind copy all that were not chosen for 2nd interview and send an e-mail would be appreciated.

Some questions were how to communicate with difficult employee and get answers and about physical inventory.
3 rounds interview! Panel interview asking questions about DEI, why apply, why this position? Initiatives, situational questions about case load, presentation and case studies , meet with directors and dean , give examples on how I work at previous schools, answer questions after presentation

Interview
The interview panel represented the five members of the search committee. The interview was set up by human resources . They had a total of 15 questions for me and the interview lasted one hour, including 10 minutes from my questions. I sent thank you emails to the entire email panel as well as the human resources contact, but none of them wrote back.

6. What skills do you possess that you believe would be beneficial towards retaining part-time students?
7. Can you give an example of how your support empowered a student to achieve their goals?
8. What is your previous experience in fostering a welcoming diverse student population?
9. What challenges do you foresee in implementing a new grant funded program?
10. Can you give an example of a time that you gathered, organized, and implement a data to establish a change?
11. Do you have experience presenting information, workshops, and programming?
12. What do you believe is the role of a student success counselor and supporting a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?
13. Why are you interested in this role? Where do you see yourself in five years?
14. If this college chose another candidate, what would they miss out on?
