Massillon Police Department interview questions

Took the test and was called in for multiple interviews and to do a background check. Was assigned a detective who would conduct the background investigation and keep me informed of the process. After I did a panel interview with the Chief and 3 other officers I received no phone call with a yay or nay. Tried reaching my detective by email and phone but he never bothered to return my calls/emails. The department was a hour away from me and I showed up for each of their interviews on time and they couldn't even let me know that they weren't interested.
