I got phone call for appointment the next day after I applied online. Then I had an onsite interview in their Arcadia office with VP, and then owner, manager and boss lady. They introduced the job detail and asked me some questions about my education and work experience. Pretty generic questions, nothing too hard or confusing.

The questions focused on dealing with customer relations. They will try to find where your specialists are and introduce directions you can choose to go at this position.
