There were 3 steps to the interview process. First was being interviewed by the HR lead, then what would be my direct supervisor and lastly the co-founder. Each had different questions but all questions were fairly straightforward.

Interviewed by senior level project managers and HR manager. Interviewed by each person separately, mostly interested in my relevant work experience. Focused on questions I had of the company and the job role.
