Apply online -> Phone call with company recruiter -> phone call from hiring manager -> Panel interview. Couple weeks later received a phone call from the hiring manager to present their office.

Interview
Fairly straight forward. They want to know you can handle the business of managing the relationships with their trusted dealers. The ability to learn quickly and understand the daily work from a business perspective. In my case they knew they could teach me the industry, but wanted someone they knew could do the job.
