Interview
I met with multiple people and then was ghosted. NOT a great experience. They should have decided on the role before starting a fishing expedition for ideas. Some great people. Less sure about the guy running the company having clarity on a path to scale over being happy collecting money on forgotten subscriptions.
Applied online. Got an email a few days later, asking to interview. Then had a phone interview, a strange and horrendous phone interview that ended in less than ten minutes and that resulted in boredom and brain-cells loss due to the person asking me questions not understanding a thing about my work history.

The normal questions asked in our bend-over-and-beg-for-it tech world run by the rich "masters" of the San Francisco Bay Area: i.e., "Tell me what you know about Masterclass?" ; "Why Masterclass?" ; "Why you?" Blah blah blah.
