Smooth process, spoke to 3-4 team members including the CEO of the company. Questions were simple as I was asked about my day to day at my other jobs. I would definitely review the industry Masttro is in and why you want to work there.

Interview
The recruiter reached out via text message to schedule an interview after receiving my application. The recruiter was 15 minutes late to call. They spoke highly of the company and seemed to be working closely with the executive team. There did not seem to be structured questions, it seemed like a casual conversation.
