I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MathWorks
Interview
Applied through a campus recruiting website. They responded almost immediately to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. Next a technical phone interview with an engineer. Because of technical difficulties, there was no coding, just a lot of java questions. Everyone I talked to was so great and extremely helpful!
OA, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round asked me a few behavioral and walk me through your solution to one of the OA problems. I got cut after the first round. Interviewer seemed disinterested.
The interview process was very pleasant and welcoming. The team was professional, approachable and made the experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. There were no unexpected or overly difficult questions, just a smooth and engaging conversation
On hire-value, a web that records your answers. Not difficult. You have three practice questions, and each can go for twice and not be recorded, just to check your usage.
