Sit down interview with normal type questions. Discussed past jobs, working history, pay history. Discussed what Mathis Heating and Cooling was looking for in an employee. We discussed their hours of operation, what was expected and the type of work to be performed. We also discussed the rate of pay would start out low but after getting out from under Staff Mark pay they would give me a fair raise. I was introduced to other workers that were that at the time of the interview.
