1 call from the HR of the company and 1 skype meeting with the directors. Then I had directly an offer but this is not the rule . Others had to pass from some question tests that I am not aware of.

Interview
The interviewer was rude, judgemental and sounded very insulting. I didn't understand why she would agree to interview me if she had already predetermined that I wasn't suitable for the job. During the whole process, she basically tried to tell me why I wasn't the one they were looking for.
