You have to clear the aptitude round to score an interview here. For the interview, you will be briefed about the job titles open for you and asked to chose which you want to apply for. Next comes the technical interview. As a fresher I was only asked about the technologies I know about, nothing much in detail. Once the technical interview is cleared you will be called for the HR interview. In the second interview you will be explained in detail your job profile and your responsibilities. Once you decide you want to proceed, you will sit with an HR person. You will be asked about yourself in this round.
