Matte interview questions

I was invited to interview and confirmed a scheduled time. I logged on and waited, but the interviewer did not show up. No message or explanation was sent before or after the missed interview. I followed up professionally twice the same day to confirm whether there had been a technical or scheduling issue. I did not receive a response to either message. The following day, I noticed the job posting had been taken down without any communication or closure. The lack of follow through and communication made the process feel disorganized and dismissive of my time. Very unprofessional.
