The process was fairly average, telephone interview with HR recruiter then he sets up full interview with team. Spoke with 3 levels on the team including the department manager as well as cross teams you may be working with. Everything was straight forward and friendly. Was told I was over qualified for the position I was applying for, specifically I had more experience than the manager of the team and their wouldn't be anything he could teach me. But I understood it was a step back for me to get into the company and learn a new industry and this was discussed upfront that I understood this yet they still used it as an excuse. I felt if it was a problem they shouldn't T have never brought me in for that position in the first place.
