Phone interview followed by a person to person interview a week and a half later. The scheduling of the interviews was very prompt and efficient. Not a lot of wasted time.

Fairly standard interview process and basic questions - they are very interested in your career goals and ability to sell. However, the interviewer didn't seem very interested, even though I was the only person there interviewing at the time.
