Applied online and got contacted for a recruiter screen about two weeks later. The whole conversation felt pretty transactional. The recruiter spoke extremely fast and seemed to be reading from a script. She ran through a company overview and job description before asking a handful of standard screening questions. I was able to ask a few questions at the end, but the call wrapped up abruptly when she disconnected while I was still thanking her for her time! Given the overall tone of the interaction, I wasn’t surprised to receive the “moving forward with other candidates” email about a week later. Overall, the process felt more like checking boxes than having a genuine conversation with a potential candidate.

There was three rounds. Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager video interview, and then 3 separate video interviews with cross functional partners. Moved pretty quickly (30ish days) through process from applied to offer.
