Interview
The process was quite fast :
1 - online test which regroups different tests, you have some calculus, logical and reasoning. At the end, you have questions and you are recorded,
2 - AC with mental arithmetic + physical interviews. There is a MCQ test with calculus on one page, it is written in very small characters and there are lot of decimals, so it is a bit confusing. Interview was mainly on probabilities and unfortunately I didn't have a math background.

Question 1
Describe a time when you achieved something that you think is greater than your peers.
Online technical assessment (probability tests, mental math, etc.) followed by HR screen, then interviews with traders. It was quite a rigorous process, similar to other prop shops. But smooth communication and quick turnaround.
