Interviewed directly with the hiring manager, don't think there was an HR department in place at the time. The hiring manager asked me to come in on a Saturday, which I found odd, but he was late to the interview as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a difficult situation (they gave an example)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mavencare (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
Rescheduled my phone interview 4 times in one day, completely disrespecting my time. Finally had my phone interview at 8:55pm on his way to the subway. Red Flag #1
Was asked for an in person interview the same week: When I arrived I was greeted by the CTO and he was looking for his logistic manager to conduct the interview. He did not show up so CTO ran the interview himself. Flag # 2
CTO did not look like he wanted to be having his interview. If you are placed in the room with this man, prepare for a terrible interview of trick questions and impossible answers.

Question 1
CTO asked if RPN (healthcare provider) is scheduled for a shift at 10am and they call in at 8am to cancel their shift, how do you handle the situation.
CTO asked: The RPN can earn $150 with Mavencare but due to tax deductibles, they earn slight less than $150. They are then offered $150 cash from a third party. How do you convince them that working with Mavencare is better?
