Informal one on one with a manager, asking questions of previous experiences as a server or other occupations. Going through scenarios of how you would handle certain customer interactions. Eventually a test of the menu was given at a follow up interview.

The manager are friendly and don't ask many questions.I answers prompt .and met area director ..filled out papers and i was hired .so I came back for orientation to days later
