Interview at Maximus with HR and the Call Center Manager. They called and hire you but you have to go through AppleOne temp agency for the first 90 days. It was very disorganized and time consuming.
I left my full-time employment to join MAXIMUS. I was very excited because the job was focused on helping people find work. From the moment I started work it was incredibly disorganized from paperwork to our training. The training manager told incredibly inappropriate stories and did very little training of the many systems required for the job. Half of my training group was let go via an email telling us our assignment had ended. It was a truly horrible experience that left me homeless and unemployed.

Interview
The interview was good and very technical questions regarding my past experience and how my past connects with the role i am applying. they were very nice and every question would consist of two to three phases. So i find it quite difficult to remember every part of the question and they were helpful in repeating question to me again.

how do you tackle the customer or how do you persuade them so that they could sign up for what you are offering, "a question was something like that i don't remember much"..

Interview
it was an online video call interview right after applying in indeed. The interview was flexible as to when I would have liked to attend it. after which a job offer was made without further interviews. The person interviewing me knew less about the job than I, and seemed uninterested in actually doing an interview. This kind of environment is completely unsuitable for me.
