It was a standard interview process. It took around an hour with them explaining the lab position and you answering their questions. Overall a very typical interview experience. They were very responsive and I heard back within 1-2 weeks.

the interview process was pretty standard. one over the phone interview followed by a face to face interview with HR and a third interview with the lab manager and another manager. There was not a a lot of stressful questions and I wasn't grilled by management. It was more of gauging my personality and where my career was heading.
