Interview
It is a panel interview. Management and staff members are present. Each panel member will ask you a question. I received an offer for employment within a week of the interview. During the interview they also give you a tour of the unit.

Question 1
During the panel interview your resume is reviewed. They have several patient care scenarios where they ask what your interventions would be. You are asked questions that given an idea about you reactions to certain situations within the units. Ie conflict with other nurses or disciplines.
I talked about my background and previous work experience less than I thought we would. Likely b/c it was non-nursing related. We went over hypothetical questions of what patient you would see first, how to manage different patients, priority setting, conflict resolution, etc.
