Two stages for the complete interview process. First stage was a test conducted to check our basic knowledge in Naval Architecture. After clearing the test, there was a personal interview with 3 panel members including HR. Initially I was tested on my basics of Naval Architecture and later there were HR related question. Total duration around 15 to 20 mins

Written screening test comprising of questions relevant to the position followed by personal interview that had both HR and technical components. Decision given on the same day. Contract sent a couple of months later after completion of University degree.
