easy breezy, nothing specific the job ; it was more about if I fit within the company. At times I was asked about my skillset and previous work experience, but that's it.
Someone from HR reached out for a virtual interview. I accepted. It was only 1 interview. I was told I would meet with another HR rep and a manager, but that did not happen.
I had an initial phone interview with their recruiter, then I as called for an in person interview with the paralegals at their local office in Roswell GA. everyone was very nice

What was the last project you led and what was the outcome?
Recruiter contacted me through email and scheduled me for an onsite interview with 2 people at the office. Interview took about 20-30 minutes and I was asked mostly general interview questions.
