We had an initial interview at school, and then i was invited to fly down for an interview in Phoenix. They took us out to a wonderful dinner and social hour the first night and followed up the second day with a round of interviews with upper management in a variety of setting and they all had different questions prepared. However, it wasn't like they were drilling you for the answers, they were mostly personality and situational questions.
