Quick and straightforward. They ask you at what time do you want to work and if you have necessary documents. They didn’t ask any questions about company etc, so it didn’t even seem like a job interview.
I came to the restaurant, asked one of employees to call the manager, because I have an interview. Then the manager came in, he asked questions why do I want to work here, expected payment, etc.

Interview is fast and very informative. The interviewer was nice and well-informed about work conditions. She/He will tell you about proposed sallary and timetables. Although there is not a lot to talk about if you want to work as a restaurant worker. You can start your work till now if you want.
