Interview
Very casual and didnt feel like an interview, recruiter was very nice and allowed adequate thinking time before giving out answers
didnt go for too long so it felt good getting in and out
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
