they did a group interview with a panel of 3 managers, then a one on one. it was semi-casual and they said they narrowed down most applicants. The interview felt more serious than it needed to be though

Schedule availability, flexibility - also quick overview of background
Online, in front of computer. Sent a link to follow and take what was like a test. It was monotonous. I did not get to speak to anyone really. That was surprising.
It was a fast interview with the manager. We discussed my background and my interest in the job. I got a call later in the week with an offer. After that I started working the week after.
Filled out application online and received word of an interview few days later. Interview was done in store and took 15 minutes. No follow up was given interview or questions were given.
