Hiring Manager Interview - Teams Camera On - A get to know you interview asking personal questions about what you like to do. No business questions or background. (Not really an HR approved interview)
Peer Interview with 2 members - Took 3 weeks to schedule and lasted 30 minutes. Only had time to ask 2 questions.
Nothing for 3 1/2 weeks after.
4-5 interviews that included cross functional teams and were informal in nature. Very conversational with some behavioral questions. Each interview was about one hour in length and the they were spread out over the course of one month.

Lengthy in duration, but the opportunity was given to meet many leaders and peers within the organization. Several rounds over the course of several weeks. Both one on one as well as team forum conversations.
