Phone interview (HR) pre screening was followed by on site interview about a week later. Computer skills test, and job performance test performed before one on one interview. The background check took the longest, which was around 3 weeks to receive final offer after the 2 week interview process. The process was easy but long. McKesson typically hires from referrals or contract work (temp services) I was referred by a colleague.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
