First the Recruiting Agency called .
They did a Skill set review
There was a one on one which was very technical .
Then there was a Panel interview where 2 people asked technical questions and one person asked questions on :culture Fit and expectations.
First interview with the Hr from the hiring agency while second with the manager. Both interviews were pleasant and hiring manager mainly asked experiances based questions. No testing of technical skills

Generalbehavioral questions and two very pin pointed statistical methods questions
They asked me what my last job 's successful moment was.
They asked me if i could work with an offshore development team
They asked me if i could work (sometimes) after 10 pm
