Initial phone interview took about 20 mins. Recruiter asked some questions and then set me up with a half hour in-person interview with a nurse manager. That was basically a friendly chat about the unit.

The interview was in person in manager’s office with his boss. Questions were fair and easy to understand. The managers conducting the interview were relaxed and easy to talk to. Very straightforward.

Very laid back with two managers who asked typical questions expected for the position. Gave a tour of the unit and explained job requirements. They were very friendly and asked about experience I had gained during clinicals.
